About Tamara.

A Gentle Guide to Healing and Lasting Change.

I’m Tamara, a Narcissistic Abuse Specialist, Somatic Trauma-Informed Coach, and Functional Medicine Health Coach.

Beyond the titles, I’m someone who understands what it means to rebuild from the inside out. My work brings together science, somatics and compassion to help people reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and rediscover their sense of self after periods of stress, illness, or trauma.

My Journey

I am a mother of three with a past profession in marketing. I grew up in war-torn Lebanon, and as a result of my own journey through war, displacement, childhood sexual abuse, and an adult relationship marked by emotional and psychological abuse, I fully appreciate how our traumas and epigenetics can shape our current health — emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually.

I’ve learned that our unhealed experiences can become the biggest obstacles to change, but they can also become the doorway to transformation.

“I am fiercely committed to helping and empowering others through the process of behavioural change. I realise that change doesn’t have to be so hard. I believe each one of us has the capacity for change if they are well heard, supported, and understood through the process.”

Support for Survivors of Narcissistic Abuse.

As a Narcissistic Abuse Specialist, I offer trauma-informed guidance to individuals who are currently in, or recovering from, toxic and manipulative relationships.

This work is deeply personal to me. I help clients:

  • Understand the dynamics of gaslighting, emotional abuse, and control

  • Rebuild self-esteem and self-trust

  • Establish healthy boundaries

  • Heal the nervous system and regain a sense of safety in the body

  • Move forward with confidence, clarity, and self-compassion

Healing from narcissistic abuse isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” with you — it’s about remembering your worth and reclaiming your power.

Work With Me

Somatic Trauma-Informed Coaching

I’m a Certified Somatic Trauma-Informed Coach (ICF-accredited) through the School of Embodied Trauma-Informed Living.

In this work, I help clients gently explore the inner landscape of their nervous systems. Together, we track sensations, patterns, and beliefs that may have formed through years of stress or survival. We practise regulation - not to erase the past, but to create space for new possibilities.

My mission is to help clients feel safe in their bodies again - grounded, resilient, and empowered to live in alignment with who they truly are.

I’m also a Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach, trained through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy — the gold standard in health coaching certification and the only program developed alongside the Institute for Functional Medicine.
I’m accredited by the United Kingdom International Health Coaching Association.

Functional Medicine looks beyond symptoms to uncover the why. Together with my clients — and often in collaboration with Functional Medicine Practitioners — I explore the root causes behind physical and emotional challenges.

We co-create personalised wellness plans focused on Modifiable Lifestyle Factors, including:

  • Nutrition and movement

  • Sleep and stress management

  • Connection and community

  • Internal and external environments

At the heart of this work is behavioural change — helping clients make sustainable, compassionate shifts that align with their vision of optimal wellbeing.

The Power of Compassionate Communication

My background as a Nonviolent Communication (NVC) facilitator has given me a strong foundation in empathic listening and compassionate dialogue — both essential to my coaching practice. Every session is rooted in curiosity, presence, and respect.

Healing is not about perfection — it’s about presence.
It’s about learning to listen to your body’s whispers before they become cries, and finding the courage to create change one small, loving step at a time.
