Between the busyness of life, the expectations of others, and the constant swirl of emotions, it’s easy to lose sight of your own needs.
This retreat is your invitation to step away for two nourishing days in a serene setting just outside Lisbon. Surrounded by nature and guided with compassion, you’ll rediscover the kind, steady voice within you - and return home with renewed clarity, balance, and presence.
Why Self-Compassion?
So often we speak to ourselves in ways we’d never speak to someone we love.
Learning self-compassion is about rewriting that inner dialogue - cultivating patience, softness, and kindness so you can meet life’s challenges with strength and grace. It’s not about rushing to “fix” yourself, but about creating gentle, sustainable shifts that allow you to feel grounded, connected, and whole again.
Over two carefully curated days, you’ll be guided through a blend of mindful practices, enriching conversations, and restorative rituals. Each experience is designed to help you:

The Daily Breakdown.

Your journey begins with grounding and gentle connection. You’ll meet others walking a similar path and share stories in a safe, supportive circle. Together, you’ll explore:Mindful presence — meditation, silence, and embodied practices to arrive fully in the moment.
Naming your inner world — learning to identify emotions with clarity and compassion.
The language of connection — simple yet powerful communication practices to express yourself with honesty and kindness.
Embodied practices — from movement to role play, allowing wisdom to settle not just in the mind, but in the body.
The day closes with a sense of lightness, community, and new awareness of how compassion can transform the way you relate to yourself and others.

On day two, you’ll deepen your practice by gently turning towards the parts of yourself that often feel harsh, demanding, or unworthy. Through reflection, breathwork, and group exploration, you’ll uncover:
Your belief systems — exploring the inner narratives that hold you back.
The voice inside you — recognising where it comes from and learning to transform it into an ally.
Safety in connection — developing tools to soothe yourself when you feel triggered or overwhelmed.
Creative reflection — journaling, art, and ritual to anchor your learnings in a personal and meaningful way.
The retreat closes with a gratitude circle and a compassionate commitment — your first step in carrying this practice into your everyday life.

Tamara’s gift is helping you feel safe in your own skin again.
Tamara is an ICF certified trauma-informed & positive psychology coach & narcissistic abuse specialist who helps people find their way back to safety, trust, and self-compassion after toxic relationships and emotional overwhelm. Rooted in somatic practices and nervous system regulation, her work supports clients in reconnecting with their bodies and creating gentle, sustainable shifts toward healing. Having walked her own path of recovery, Tamara brings empathy and warmth to every interaction, guiding people to not just survive, but to thrive with clarity, calm, and confidence.

Yasmine’s strength is holding space for you to remember who you truly are.
Yasmine is an IICT-certified Trauma-Informed Healing & Conscious Parenting Coach, trained by Dr. Shefali and Dr. Gabor Maté. Drawing on her own journey from a childhood in war-torn Beirut to a high-pressure corporate career and later, deep personal healing, she now supports others in breaking cycles, reconnecting with their true selves, and creating meaningful change. Her compassionate approach blends trauma-informed coaching, conscious parenting, and mind-body practices, offering clients a safe space to rediscover joy, resilience, and purpose.

The location is a 35–40 minute drive from Lisbon. Please note accommodation is not included.

Comfortable clothing is best. A journal will be provided - just come as you are, with love for yourself.
