These groups are designed for deep listening, thoughtful reflection, and evocative questioning. You are invited to explore your inner landscape alongside like-minded souls — gently, honestly, and at your own pace.

This is not surface-level support.
It is a space to be witnessed, to make sense of your experience, and to move forward together toward greater regulation, clarity, and wellbeing.

  • Narcissistic Abuse Recovery

    An ongoing monthly support space for those navigating healing from narcissistic abuse; whether you are currently in such a relationship or have just left one.

    This group offers continuity, connection, and community — a place to check in, process experiences, and feel less alone.

    Suitable for those who are looking for steady, low-pressure support alongside their healing journey in a safe undersatanding space.

  • 4 sessions | 90 minutes each

    A supportive space to understand stress beyond “coping” — and instead work with how it shows up in the body, mind, and nervous system.

    Themes include:

    • What stress is and how it impacts the body and health

    • Sleep, movement, and lifestyle factors that influence stress

    • Nutrition, connection, and relationships as stress modulators

    • Mind-body awareness and nervous system balance

    This group blends education with lived experience, offering practical tools alongside reflection and shared insight.

  • Mapping & Regulation Series

    4 sessions | 90 minutes each

    This group is for those who want to understand their nervous system — not intellectually, but experientially.

    We explore how stress, trauma, and long-term survival patterns live in the body, and how to gently restore a sense of safety and capacity.

    What we explore together:

    • Understanding your unique nervous system patterns

    • Mapping stress responses and triggers

    • Expanding your window of tolerance

    • Practical regulation tools you can use in daily life

    • Learning to respond to your body with curiosity instead of judgement

    This is a grounding, educational, and deeply supportive container — suitable for those new to nervous system work as well as those wanting to deepen their practice.

  • From Survival to Potential

    6 sessions | 90 minutes each

    This container is for those recovering from narcissistic abuse — whether from a partner, parent, or long-term relationship.

    The focus is not on re-telling trauma, but on understanding what happened, reclaiming your internal safety, and reconnecting with your sense of self.

    We explore:

    • Trauma bonds and survival responses

    • The impact of prolonged emotional manipulation

    • Nervous system dysregulation after abuse, using the Traffic Lights of Tolerance as a resource.

    • Rebuilding self-trust and internal authority

    • Moving from survival mode into possibility and potential

    This is a slow, respectful, trauma-informed space.
